By accessing and using ItaSign, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

ItaSign provides digital signature services including Simple Electronic Signatures (SES), Advanced Electronic Signatures (AdES), and related document management features. Our services are designed to comply with EU eIDAS regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring uploaded documents do not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Pricing and Payment

Simple Electronic Signatures (SES) are provided free of charge. Advanced signatures with timestamps (AdES-T, CAdES-T) are charged on a pay-per-use basis. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your documents and content. ItaSign retains all rights to the platform, software, and related intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

ItaSign provides services "as is" and makes no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
